PR.com)-- Billie Redmond, president of Coldwell Banker Commercial TradeMark Properties, has announced that Jennifer Chun has been named director of international investment properties. In this position, Chun is responsible for managing retail, office, residential and land investments internationally for the firm. Chun holds a Juris Doctor degree from Washburn University and is a licensed immigration lawyer and real estate broker in North Carolina.

Jennifer Chun is the director of international investment properties for Coldwell Banker Commercial TradeMark Properties. She is a North Carolina board certified immigration specialist lawyer and has practiced immigration law since 1995. Chun is also a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, North Carolina State Bar, and Triangle Commercial Association of Realtors. She has a North Carolina real estate broker license and manages several commercial properties. She has done business throughout the world, including expanding her partnership network in China. Originally from South Korea, Chun received her bachelor of science from Korean University. After coming to the United States, she received her Juris Doctor degree from Washburn University.
