Defending Driving on Cancelled, Suspended or Revoked License Cases

Recent Tennessee Case is Topic of Seminar Offering 2 CLE Credits.

Franklin, TN, October 03, 2011 --(PR.com)-- Venus Niner, a criminal defense attorney in Franklin, TN will present “Defending Driving on Cancelled, Suspended or Revoked License Cases: The State of Tennessee vs. Richard Brown – Another Piece of the Puzzle.”

Offering two Continuing Legal Education (CLE) General Credits, the course will be held in October 2011 in Franklin and Lawrenceburg, TN. The seminar will take a comprehensive look at the state of the driver license law in Tennessee. Topics will include, avenues of defense and appeal strategies and a discussion of what comes next after the new changes in the DUI law.

Niner has won Tennessee Supreme Court and Court of Criminal Appeals cases, including the recent case of the State of Tennessee vs. Richard Brown. The appeals court reviewed a finding of guilt by the Williamson County Criminal Court that Brown was driving on a revoked license even though the Department of Safety had not taken formal action to revoke his license.
