Lexington, KY, January 12, 2012 --(PR.com)-- BeLoved Ministries INC, a non-profit organization based in Lexington KY, announced at the beginning of the year that they will be opening a home at an undisclosed location in central Kentucky for survivors of sex trafficking under the age of 18 in 2012.

According to the report from the US Department of Justice, Child Prostitution: Domestic Sex Trafficking of Minors, the average age of U.S. children being forced into child prostitution (i.e. sex trafficking) is 12–14 years old.

Founder and Executive Director Sandra Savage states, "The home will be free of charge where girls under the age of 18 who are survivors of sex trafficking can heal and gain living skills. BeLoved is establishing specialized care for the survivor that speaks to the complex spiritual, physical, psychological, educational and social needs that are often the result of repetitive rape and sexual abuse."
