According to Graeme Black, co-owner of Comunicación Language School in Roquetas de Mar, more students each year are taking this option. "They want to improve their Spanish and enjoy the delights of the Mediterranean coast of Spain" he says.

"Our clients are typically Northern European or American and are looking for a highly personalised service," says Graeme, "as opposed to the less-flexible service offered by the large language school chains".
