TDK (M) Sdn Bhd based in Nilai decided to enter a partnership with the Malaysian office of the TWC Consulting Group in order to bring their local management staff up to speed with the demands of a global enterprise and modern high performance requirements.

JR Heptonstall, TWC Consulting Group’s CEO, said ‘It is a great pleasure and honor to work with such forward looking management and a renowned company as TDK (M).’

Under the partnership agreement the TWC Consulting Group Sdn Bhd in Petaling Jaya provided consulting and training services to TDK (M) which prepared their local managers to form a highly competent and effective management body to provide the leadership, strategy, and assistance to the company that it requires to transform itself into a high performance organization.

Keiichi Imamoto, TDK’s Managing Director, commented upon project completion, "Our managers showed a marked improvement in performance after attending a full 3 modules of Managerial Development under the tutelage of the TWC Consulting Group. Neither party elaborated on the monetary value of the partnership.
