Sharon Beaudry of Colby-Sawyer College Receives the “Make the Customer Feel Good” Recognition from CS3 Technology

The 18-part customer recognition program hosted by CS3 Technology continues.

Tulsa, OK, April 16, 2012 --(PR.com)-- Sharon Beaudry, Director at Colby-Sawyer College, has been recognized by CS3 Technology as the recipient of their Essential Behavior program for “Make the Customer Feel Good.” In Sharon’s case, the customer is the employees on her team. This Essential Behavior recognizes the contributions and successes of the customer and encourages thinking on their own.

Sharon recently led her department through a Sage Abra HRMS implementation. While project milestones were important, Sharon made sure her staff was comfortable with each project phase. If there was a concern from a staff member, Sharon would work with that person on the new process until there was confidence. Only when Sharon saw complete staff confidence, did they move forward. “While no implementation is easy, Sharon helped make the transition go very smoothly,” said CS3 president’s Gary Crouch on his nomination form.

“It is always great to be recognized, especially when simply performing the job I love,” said Sharon. “This was a challenging implementation that involved multiple departments. We had to deal with some unexpected situations and had to shift our plan. Our team came together quickly, along with our CS3 consultants, to make the decisions needed to change the plan. We came up with creative, and in many cases, better solutions. As a result our customers, who are the employees, got a great tool. This recognition is truly for our team at Colby-Sawyer College.”
