Terms of the merger were not disclosed. The Merger between the three companies will allow for the increased expansion of the Web Services department.

Equivity will remain the parent company while the hosting division of Equivity will change its name to PlanetHTTP. Chris Baker will remain the Chief Executive Office while Paul Conrad has been named Chief Technology Office, Jackson Reese has been named the Vice President of Sales and Alex Lynch was named the Vice President of Web Services.
