First Lady Michele Obama Gave Her Views About Gardening, Healthy Eating and Exercising On “The View” But is She Seeing the Whole Picture? Asked Sitacise's Kathy & Mark

"Exercise and Nutrition play as much of a role in a child's success in school as almost anything. Imagine a kid with ADD that has to sit in a class with no break," the First Lady continued.

North Canton, OH, May 31, 2012 --(PR.com)-- On The View TV program on May 29, 2012, First Lady Michele Obama introduced her new book American Grown on The View. The First Lady was talking about the kids helping to start their family grow a garden and about how important it was for them to eat and exercise correctly. When the kids are on board first it's easier to bring the rest of the family along.

The First Lady stated that we need to move more but there are some neighborhoods that kids can’t go out to play in. We must arm parents with knowledge, she stated. Michele Obama does seem to get it because our nation must move more but outside recess or going to the gym is not going to solve the idle sitting & shrinking budget problems. As school budgets shrink, and recess & gym classes are cut, we must find new, economical ways to address our nation’s childhood obesity & lack of movement problems.

Kathy and Mark Brown, Idle Sitting Disease Prevention Experts and Onsite Fitness & Wellness Program Developers have created a program called Sitacise that does just that by offering classes that are helping children get fit anywhere they sit, especially in the classroom. They also offer books, DVDs, seminars & lectures on alternative exercise methods & also traditional exercise programs for schools and businesses.

Students can expect to see an improvement in their health, increased energy, increased alertness, improved muscle tone and weight reduction. Schools and school systems will see a great reduction in their physical fitness costs. And there are no new equipment, supplies or facility costs. Their classrooms will become their new workout facilities. They can get fit anywhere they sit, especially in the classroom.

“All children should have a chance to learn how to get healthy and fit and Sitacise is willing to do its part to help,” says master level personal trainer Mark Brown. “Sitacise is really interested in getting our youth healthy and fit,” said Idle Sitting Disease Prevention Expert Kathy Brown. “We especially like working with the children but our programs can work for anyone. Staff also benefit from doing Sitacise!”

With all the school budget cuts, Sitacise is very affordable & all our products can be downloaded from our secure server @ www.sitacise.com or ordered there for traditional mail delivery. You can also order them from Amazon.com. “Our chairs are the gyms & recess classes of the future that are available to our youth right now!” They need to learn how to sit and get fit anywhere they sit and end this obesity epidemic now.
