Chrysler Helps Find Employment for Veterans at National Veteran Small Business Expo
In an effort to support veterans looking for opportunities in the business world, Chrysler lent its support to the U.S. Veteran’s Administration
Cookeville, TN, July 12, 2012 --(PR.com)-- Cumberland Chrysler Center is proud to announce that the Chrysler Group is going out of its way to support veterans who are in search of business opportunities in the civilian world! Recently, the Chrysler Group showed its support for our countries veterans by making an appearance at the National Veteran Small Business Conference and Expo in Detroit, Michigan. This conference on June 26th, was a great way for veterans and veteran owned businesses to find employment and opportunities for improved business.
Representatives from all branches of the Chrysler Group and from many different divisions attended the event in order to council and point veterans in the right direction. Many veterans who were seeking employment opportunities were able to meet with these representatives to further their job search attempts. In addition to being available for employment opportunities, the representatives were more than happy to show veteran-owned businesses how to become suppliers to the automotive industry. Representatives were happy to provide these businesses with networking connections in the Tier 1 supplier community for the Chrysler Group.
