Author’s Credentials:
Ernie Hernandez received his Ph.D. in Sociology from the University of California at Riverside in 1979. For 25 years he has worked and taught in various Management and Technology responsible positions - first, in government and later in top corporations. He worked for 8 years (1977-1985) as a Behavioral Research Scientist for the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department. From 1974 through the present he has taught part-time in the fields of Criminal Justice, Sociology, Psychology, Business, Information Systems, and Computer Sciences for (in chronological order): California State University at Fullerton, California State University at Long Beach, National University at the Irvine (now Costa Mesa) & related campuses, and the University of Phoenix SOCAL campuses. He has been with University of Phoenix SOCAL as an Adjunct faculty member since 2000.
