It creates an excellent entrepreneurial business climate by creating the right conditions and giving entrepreneurs room for innovation and growth. Mr. Dobbelmann was responsible for attracting American businesses to invest in the Netherlands and sold the strong points of one country to another. He had offices based in the West Coast, Texas, New York and Canada. Mr. Dobbelmann was born on June 14, 1936 in Nijmegen, Netherlands. He obtained his J.D. at City University & Free University in the Netherlands in 1955. In his retirement, he enjoys photography.
