PR.com)-- Bill Alter and Denise Nunez, of Rein & Grossoehme, sold two self storage facilities in December, representing their 112th and 113th successful self storage closing for the Team. First to close was A Lotta Storage & Mail in Marana, Arizona. The property was bank-owned and sold for $3,200,000, or $35.51 per square foot. Then came Youngtown Mini Storage in Youngtown, Arizona. That property was owned by a local investor and sold for $1,600,000, or 38.16 per square foot. The properties were purchased by two unrelated buyers. The Alter-Nunez Team represented all four parties in these two sales.
