Progress Continues and is on Track at New Processing Facility

Arequipa, Peru, January 11, 2013 --(PR.com)-- Inca Peruvian Mining, Ltd. is pleased to report on the status of development at the site for the new processing facility.

Construction at the designated site for the processing plant, which will process the entire mineral through Inca Peruvian Mining’s joint venture partner, is moving forward and on schedule.

The plant when completed will be capable of processing 300 tons of mineral per day and the first 60-ton circuit is due to begin processing by February, 2013.

A 5km access road that connects the plant to the main highway was completed. The grading into the slope and most of the concrete foundations and retaining walls have already been completed.

This along with the offices, living quarters and water storage tanks are due to be completed by mid January, 2013.

The remainder of the processing equipment will then be installed by the specialist equipment contractor. This includes two 75-ton ore bins, 3 separate conveyors to transport mineral between the ore bins and the ball mills and crushers, and 3 agitation tanks. This is scheduled to arrive by mid January, 2013 and the full installation is due to be completed by mid February, 2013.

A 3rd sub contractor has been contracted to provide electricity to the plant through the electrical grid. The distance is 2 kilometers and is expected to take 60 days. Agreement with neighboring land-owners to allow the power lines to pass through their land has been established also. A generator to supply power shall be used at the site until this is completed.

The new processing plant is expected to reduce processing costs by 50%.
