Los Angeles, CA, January 29, 2013 --(PR.com)-- Joyce Pearson, candidate for Los Angeles City Council District 3 has officially signed on with Los Angeles political consultants Liberty Campaign Solutions, LLC. Pearson is a long time Woodland Hills resident and business owner. She is a CPA and Attorney who has been active in the Woodland Hills Warner Center Neighborhood Council, along with many other organizations in the West Valley of Los Angeles.
