PR.com)-- The landmark office building in the Slovak capital of Bratislava, Pressburg Trade Center, is now 75% leased out. That’s according to the co-exclusive leasing agent Colliers International Slovakia.
Pressburg Trade Center features 12,000 m² of office space on nine floors, 950 m² of retail premises, 1,200 m² of terrace space and 120 parking lots. It has been constructed to the highest international standards.
Pressburg Trade Center is situated in the historical heart of the city, next to the financial center, and close to the government district. It’s surrounded by restaurants and shops and is next to the beautiful pedestrian area of the Old Town.
