Kira has an exemplary sales record throughout her more than 15 years in the telecommunications and colocation industries. Additionally, in her role as Channel Partner Sales Director, she determines appropriate partners that help cultivate growth for both FORTRUST and the partner organization through aligning the needs of the customer with the right solution. Kira oversees the channel program, managing each individual sales persons channel partners and the maintenance and success of the program as a whole.
Kira’s sales philosophy is predicated on intense relationship cultivation. "I set my intent to enter every sales opportunity focused on building the relationship with the potential customer in an altruistic fashion," McManus says. "I see so many salespeople entering the sale or a partner relationship, asking ‘What can my customer do for me?’ rather than what can I give to my customer.
