PR.com)-- Travois Holdings, Inc., a private Kansas City-based company with 34 employees that serves clients in Indian Country, promoted four team members to new positions at the beginning of 2013.

Robin Thorne, previously director of Travois Asset Management, is leading new initiatives as vice president for education and regulatory affairs for the Travois family of companies. She now develops and manages relationships with tribal clients, tribal advocacy groups, state allocating agencies and elected officials. Thorne works with these groups to ensure that tax credit and grant program policies reflect the concerns and needs of tribal organizations. In her previous position, Thorne created the NAHASDA & Tax Credit Compliance Professional (NTCCP) curriculum, training course and certification, which designates professional experience and expertise in continuing operational compliance under the two programs.
Lorna Fogg, president, has also taken on the role of chief executive officer (CEO). In these roles, Fogg develops new relationships with potential tribal clients and investors. In addition, she works to build new initiatives within the Travois family of companies. Lorna is a frequent presenter at industry trainings and conferences and helps educate tribes, investors and other agencies about the opportunities with tax credits in Indian Country.
Emily Giakoumis was previously compliance manager and is now the director of Travois Asset Management. She trains, oversees and manages the asset management team, and she also ensures that all projects maintain compliance with the different program requirements. In addition, she supports her team by ensuring the accuracy of initial tenant and recertification files for tribal clients and helping clients fulfill investor and state reporting requirements. She holds a Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP) designation, given by the National Association of Home Builders, and two designations from the Housing Credit College: National Compliance Professional (NCP) and Site Compliance Specialist (SCS).
Elizabeth Bland Glynn was previously vice president and has been promoted to chief operating officer (COO). She manages the staff of the five Travois companies, who work in the areas of affordable housing development, design and construction services, asset management, economic development, and environmental services, in addition to the internal teams who handle administrative, communications and finance responsibilities. Glynn helps craft Travois’ policies, procedures and best practices to ensure that the needs of clients, investors and other stakeholders are met across all areas of business.
