SFD was created by former fashion model Susan Flynn - Doyle who built the company from the ground up. Having spent much time in front of cameras and on the runway, Susan Flynn-Dolye knows quality clothing, and, when she brought in friend and model Rose Goodhall - Donovan as a partner the two knew they were going to be one of the hottest commodities in the New York City social gala circles. The SFD label has been worn to fund-raising galas, red carpet events, and, now with the introduction of their bridal line there is no telling how far the dynamic duo will take the company.
The bridal gown collection will feature true custom gowns with input from the bride and the designers to insure a true one-of-a-kind wedding gowns that are fit for anyone from royalty to Hollywood superstars. Initial consultations are free, and, wedding gowns begin at the $10,000 level and go upward very quickly. Turn around time is in the 6 to 8 month range, but, rush orders can be accommodated for an extra charge.
