PR.com)-- DBS>Interactive announced the Interactive Media Council has presented the DBS team with the 2012 Best in Class – Medical award for the design of the University of Louisville Physicians website.
The Best in Class award is the highest honor bestowed by the Interactive Media Council. It represents the very best in planning, execution and overall professionalism.
DBS' redesign of the previous site included a custom database, custom site search, as well as the integration of a third-party medical library application.
The custom features of the website offer visitors a much more interactive experience than what was previously possible and the health library positions UofL Physicians as an invaluable health resource to the Greater Louisville area.
The IMA judges gave DBS>Interactive's design for UofLPhyscians.com 486 out of a possible 500 points, including a 100 for Feature Functionality. There were 118 entries in the category.
