The idea for the content rich platform surfaced when the ACRE team analysed what current recruiting solutions exist in the marketplace. "Gone are the days of text-only job posts. With how connected we are to technology today, we really wanted to challenge traditional recruiting methods and provide employers and job seekers with a simpler way to learn more about one another and make more informed decision," comments Anthony Mete, Business Director and IT lead of ACRE. He adds, "We looked at each pain point in the recruiting process, (for both the employer and job seeker) and we asked ourselves, how can we make it better?"

ACRE was founded in 2012 by Anthony Mete and Chris Korres.
