)-- The Lion’s Share Group reached yet another milestone with its recent nomination as a finalist in “Best Service Provider” category for the Canadian Mortgage Awards, 2013.
Organised as a part of The Mortgage Summit, Canada’s only independent mortgage brokering business event, the Canadian Mortgage Awards (CMA) celebrates the achievements of companies and individuals in the mortgage brokering industry across 21 categories.
The Best Service Provider award, in particular, recognizes the excellence of a company or individual in providing superior service to brokers, enabling them, in turn, to deliver exceptional service to their clients. The winner is chosen by a panel of respected mortgage and finance professionals.
“It is an honour to be nominated by my peers and our mortgage broker members, and I am delighted to be a finalist – wow!,” said Claire Drage, CEO, Lion Share Group on becoming a finalist for the award.
The Lion's Share Group’s nomination is an acknowledgement of its unique training programs that are designed to provide mortgage brokers with tools, techniques and templates that can be put to use immediately in their business. The training sessions provide “real-world” guidance to brokers - new or experienced - to achieve success in the complex and competitive mortgage brokering business.
“We are successful mortgage brokers ourselves, so we know exactly what works and what doesn't. And we are committed to sharing that through our training courses and workshops,” emphasized Mrs. Drage.
In a short span of two years, The Lion's Share Group has established itself as a training provider with a difference. Developed on the success model of its founder Claire Drage, its five programs, spanning across building up your business, lead generation, and managing client communications effectively, are completely hands-on. They are designed specifically to improve a mortgage brokers’ day-to-day approach to managing their business, and take it to the next level.
“We are really thankful to the community for showing us this support,” said Claire. “This nomination is recognition of the value we bring to our members.”
The winners will be announced and honoured at the CMP Awards Dinner on May 10th, 2013 in Ontario.
