Windmeyer will focus his responsibilities on tenant and landlord representation services, as well as helping TradeMark clients identify lease and purchase opportunities for retail, office and flex space properties throughout the Triangle.
Windmeyer received a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science at Georgia Tech in 1999. He is affiliated with a number of professional industry-based organizations, including the Triangle Commercial Association of Realtors, the North Carolina Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. Windmeyer resides in Cary, N.C., with his wife, Shannon, son, Nathan, and daughter, Natalie.
