The Sugarfoot Band's official site (sugarfootband.com) is in the process of remodeling, with new features already added. The band is a Ft. Worth based Rock/Country/Blues band cosisting of April Shaw on vocals (and long time friend of Kelly Clarkson), Justin Beck on Guitars/Vocals (and writes most original songs), David Daniels on Guitar/Keyboards, Nick Girgenti on Bass, and Armando Natera on Drums. They are sure to be a huge success.
Maverick Media Management will also be fan management and working with the band in promotions.
The band will be participating on their site and interacting with fans on the message forums and chatroom, including a LiveChat question and answer's at kckellyville.com on August 15, 2007 where fans may submit questions for the band, and be present when they answer, followed by an open chat where everyone may chat freely with the band. Members of Kelly Clarkson's band are expected to stop by and have fun with everyone as well.
Additional livechat's scheduled at kckellyville.com are Einar Pedersen and Chris Deaner of Kelly Clarkson's band, and Graham Colton, who opened on tours for Clarkson in 2005. with more to follow. Colton has a new album dropping this month.
kckellyville.com will also be starting a new weekly podcast (which was discontinued in early 2006), and will feature Kelly Clarkson news, music, interviews with the band, fan participation, and more.
