Asset LifeCycle, LLC Maintains Continued Growth, Acquires Material Recovery Processing Line and Facility

Topeka, KS, April 17, 2013 --(PR.com)-- Asset LifeCycle, LLC stays true to its’ strategic growth plans by acquiring supplementary processing equipment, including a SSI PriMax 770 Shredder which will enhance the existing system, creating an opportunity to increase production. Shawn VanFossen, COO and co-founder says, “The expansion will allow Asset LifeCycle, LLC to introduce additional technologies providing a cleaner and more desirable, recyclable commodity stream from the materials being processed.”

The 44,000 sq. ft. facility and equipment acquired are located at 7215 SW Topeka Blvd., Bldg. 3B. "The purchase of the additional equipment is directly in line with our aggressive plans to expand and enhance our reclamation facility,” says Beverly Drew, President and CEO. "This acquisition will allow Asset LifeCycle, LLC to efficiently handle the increased production requirements expected in the near future, as well as, position us to enter new material recovery markets."

According to the EPA “millions of tons of electronics are in storage.” This is an indication individuals do not want to dispose of these items in a landfill. Laws and policies regulating the processing and recycling of this type of equipment continue to spread across the nation and even into international markets increasing the complexity of what or how this product should be handled. The more IT savvy or Environmentally conscious consumers understand these laws, and know what questions to ask the Recycler, before handing over their equipment; however, many consumers are still bewildered and unsure of what they should do, therefore, they do nothing. The end-of-life equipment continues to be stored and is inadvertently adding to the growing problem of stockpiled waste.
