Local HR Management Firm Offers Comprehensive Training Courses for Triad Business Professionals

-“Ask the Expert: Employer Rights and Responsibilities During an OSHA Inspection – What the Compliance Officer Won’t Tell You” is a members only interactive program led by Michael C. Lord, partner at Williams Mullen. During the program, participants will be guided through the OSHA inspection process and will discuss the best response strategies to use when faced with an inspection. Part of CAI’s “Ask the Expert” series, the program is built to be highly-interactive, and participants are encouraged to bring forth any relevant questions for discussion. -“How Well Do You Want To Be?” is a three-hour presentation led by Hill, Chesson & Woody’s Twyla Hutchins, health management officer, and Ellen Tucker, lead consultant. During the presentation, participants will discuss the impact of health care reform on wellness and will learn incentive strategies to maximize employee participation. -“OSHA Outreach Training: 10 Hour Voluntary Compliance for General Industry” is a two-day course designed to train employers on the purpose of the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and its standards. The course will include open discussions about interpreting the standards, including the hazard communication standard released on March 26. The course will also provide participants with an understanding of how the standards affect each industry and facility.
