Dr. Richard Sciacca is Director and Senior Economics Advisor for Deloitte Tax’s National Advance Pricing Agreement (APA) and Competent Authority (CA) Group. Dr. Sciacca is responsible for the development and economic analysis of intercompany pricing for multinational companies in the APA and CA context. Dr. Sciacca’s numerous on-going working relationships with APA and CA professionals are called upon in helping to design, implement, and expeditiously resolve APA and CA cases. Dr. Sciacca has been working full time on transfer pricing issues for the past 20 years, and has specialized in APAs for the past seven years. His project experience includes over 75 APAs.
