PR.com)-- 5:14 Ministries in association with Spirit of Victory Church of Barboursville, WV, proudly presents Friday Night Live every Friday in January at 7 pm.
Founded by the Spirit of Victory's Kenneth Jackson (Huntington), Andrea Runge (Huntington), and Stephen Vance (Barboursville), 5:14 Ministries has a single, clear cut mission, "To wake up a sleeping generation with the truth of God's love." 5:14 Ministries name and mission come directly from Ephesians 5:14 which states, "Wake up, o sleeper, rise from the dead, and Christ will shine on you." (NIV) Specifically targeting college students and high school students, every aspect of this ministry will be geared to delivering "God's truth on a practical, real, and relevant level."
The first outreach of 5:14 Ministries will be its Friday Night Live Events. Starting January 6, 2006, the Spirit of Victory Church will host Friday Night Live every Friday night in January.
"Each Friday Night Live event will have an atmosphere unlike anything else you've ever experienced," explains co-founder Stephen Vance. "Each night we will have a live band, concert lighting, live comedy and drama, and a real message that will unlock a new, unfound passion for the things of God."
Along with the music and the message, Stephen promises there will be several other things to make these meetings unlike any others.
"Right now, we have plans to do an actual game show with audience members as the contestants every Friday Night, and of course, we'll have prizes. The audience really will be a part of each of these events."
And making the audience a part of each event seems to be the overwhelming theme.
"We're really not concerned with notoriety in this thing," Stephen continues, "our goal is that the young men and women attending these events will go home knowing that God loves them, He has a specific purpose for their life, and they can know what that is."
The Friday Night Live events will take place at the Spirit of Victory Church in Barboursville every Friday Night in January starting on the 6th at 7pm. The Spirit of Victory is located directly across from Bank One, between Kroger and Hardee's on US Route 60.
