About James Z. Tiigah
Mr. Tiigah has over 36 years experience in the government arena. He serves as the Assistant Controller and Accountant General for the Permanent Mission of Ghana to the United Nations. The purpose of the Mission is to provide information on the participation of Ghana to the United Nations Security Council and provide statements, press releases and passport/visa information. Mr. Tiigah serves as an Advisor to the head of the Mission. He is responsible for financial issues including accounts payable, financial reports and some consulting. He formerly served as the Head of the Monitoring Department of Ghana. Mr. Tiigah received a B.P.A. from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration. In his spare time he enjoys reading, football and farming.
