New Book Published to Build a Better Life - “High Capacity Living: A Practical Devotional to Building a Resilient Life”

"High Capacity Living: A Practical Devotional to Building a Resilient Life" is a spiritual application of the H-CAP Model of Well-being and Resilience. It’s a research-based model that identifies the traits necessary to create a state of resilience being Hope, Commitment, Accountability, and Passion (H-CAP). The first book in the series is the spiritual application of the model. Following this model will build a dynamic and resilient faith. It is the spiritual equivalent to Sun Tzu’s Art of War.

“High Capacity Living: A Practical Devotional to Building a Resilient Life” is the first book released out of a series of his H-CAP model (Hope, Commitment, Accountability, and Passion) of building a resilient life with different applications. The book is made to help readers find their purpose in life through building their faith. This daily devotional is unlike others in that it provides doable applications of each trait of the H-CAP model that is based on research.

High Capacity Living (H-CAP) is a model of resilience which necessitates the building of Hope, Commitment, Accountability, and Passion to achieve your goals in life. Sadly, most people don’t live up to their potential. Out of this majority, many don’t even know what their potential is. Being resilient means creating a buffer against stress. Imagine how different your life would be if you had the ability of not allowing the things you worry about affect your life in a negative way. It would not be reality to say that you will never experience stress, as some amounts of stress are healthy. It’s when stress becomes overwhelming that presents the problem. Living an abundant life is not meant for a select few. Living life and living it well is something everyone can achieve. The H-CAP model uses traits innate to every human being and rebuilds them. The outcome is a new resilient you. Resilience requires the traits of Hope, Commitment, Accountability, and Passion (H-CAP).

“High Capacity Living: A Practical Devotional to Building a Resilient Life” is currently being distributed online through Amazon and in stores at Barnes & Noble for $19.07.
