National Art Supplier Hosts Free Online Series of Art Contests with Chance to Win $4,500 in E-gift Cards

Raleigh, NC, October 02, 2013 --(PR.com)-- Jerry’s Artarama, a national retailer of art supplies and materials headquartered in Raleigh, is hosting a series of free online drawing and painting contests. All U.S. artists ages 18 and older are asked to submit their artwork by Saturday, Nov. 30 for a chance to win a combined total of $4,500. Prizes vary for each art contest and range from a Jerry’s e-Gift Card to the opportunity for the winner’s work to be featured in a Jerry’s Artarama Catalog.

Jerry’s Artarama is asking artists to put their artistic skills to the test and enter one or both of the competitions online, which are free to enter. Contestants are encouraged to gather creative inspiration by viewing the art contest galleries online from previous winners. There are a variety of mediums each contestant is allowed to use ranging from pencils and acrylics to pastels and watercolors.

Over recent years, Jerry’s has awarded over $200,000 in prizes to art contest winners. To learn more about the online drawing and painting art contests, visit the art contest page on Jerry’s Artarama’s website: http://www.jerrysartarama.com/art-contests/index.htm.
