San Diego, CA, October 14, 2013 --(PR.com
)-- The Chairmen’s RoundTable (CRT), a San Diego non-profit organization that provides pro-bono mentoring and strategic advice to the region’s businesses, announced that they have completed the mentorship assignment of its 400th San Diego company.
AdEase, a full service advertising, marketing and public relations agency, benefited from CRT’s group and one-on-one mentoring.
“I have found CRT’s mentoring process invaluable,” said Stacey Nelson Smith, Owner of AdEase. “They’ve asked a lot of really tough questions, but they have also helped guide me to some really insightful and important answers. We are at a critical time in the growth of our agency and I believe working with the CRT was one of the best decisions I could have made for myself and my organization.”
“Nothing gives us more satisfaction than to see successful outcomes from our mentorship program,” said Steven Mendell, CRT’s Chairman. “For more than 16 years, we have mentored local business leaders and we’d like to believe that we have lived up to our mission of strengthening San Diego one company at a time.”
There are many success stories that the CRT can share after 400 mentorship assignments (see their case studies http://www.crt-sd.com/mentoring-services/case-studies/). One example is Outsource Manufacturing. CEO Ted Fogliani had this to say after his CRT experience: “Talk to CRT if you want advice from overqualified, unbiased people. But be willing to listen. If you’re not going to listen, don’t waste your time. I know it sounds too good to be true, but I’m here to tell you that I couldn’t have hand picked better mentors. They were generous with their time and expected nothing in return for their valuable insights.”
