Binary Limited Has Merged with Dribble Online
Auckland, New Zealand, October 23, 2013 --(PR.com)-- The merger between IT security company Binary Limited with web design and development specialist Dribble Online Limited, “will provide total end to end IT services to significantly increase the effectiveness of service delivery for clients,” said Wesley Harvett, Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Binary Limited. Dribble Online Limited has been operating in New Zealand since 2011 and had quickly established a diverse client base. The combined company will be known as Binary Limited.
“Clients now have a one stop shop for all of their IT needs which allows us to offer seamless, integrated and cost effective solutions across their organisation,” said Harvett. As the economy continues to improve and business confidence rises, Harvett explains that, “organisations are increasingly looking for IT solutions that are reliable, give them the peace of mind that their information is protected from hackers and other threats, and above all, easily understood and maintained. Binary Limited has always provided safe, secure and simple solutions primarily in the IT security space however, by acquiring the expertise of Dribble Online Limited, we can now extend our reach across the entire spectrum of IT solutions and support.” According to Harvett, one of the drivers behind the merger was “for both companies to meet the needs of growing companies in New Zealand and around the world.”
This has been an expansive second quarter for Binary Limited who are also currently investigating product options for preventative security solutions. Harvett would not be drawn on what the development may be but did say that “we anticipate that we will have a pioneering new product to introduce to our clients in the next quarter.”
