Philadelphia Area Plastic Extruder Offers Free Shipping on New Custom Extrusion Jobs

Bally, PA, October 24, 2013 --(PR.com)-- Place a plastic extrusion order with HPE Extrusion Solutions before Feb. 1, 2014 and they’ll ship it free to any destination within 100 miles of their Bally, PA plant.

That’s the latest offer from the suburban Philadelphia manufacturer, which specializes in custom extrusions of complex profiles made from both traditional and advanced engineering resins.

To qualify for free shipping, HPE President Tony Madison explained, the total weight of the completed order must not exceed 4,000 pounds.

Original equipment manufacturers, along with other companies, can also take advantage of an earlier HPE offer---to waive tooling charges on orders of 5,000 feet of extruded parts or products—until Oct. 31, 2013. “Any qualifying buyer who acts quickly and takes us up on both orders can realize significant cost savings for their company,” said Madison.

HPE is capable of extruding a wide variety of common and advanced thermoplastics resins, including flexible and rigid PVC, HDPE, LDPE and polypropylene; and innovative engineering resins, such as ABS/PVC alloys and difficult-to-run elastomers, such as Santoprene and nylon.

HPE's single screw units range from 3/4" to 2 1/2" which permit extrusions of a wide range of sizes and shapes, including profiles ranging in size from 1/16" to 3" pipe or 5" profile with a virtually unlimited length.
