Cinch Energy Services Engages David Gibson as General Counsel; Company Establishes Rockport, Texas Business Office

Corpus Christi, TX, October 23, 2013 --(PR.com)-- Cinch Energy Services, L.L.C. (Cinch Energy) announced today that it has engaged David Gibson as its General Counsel. Gibson was formerly with Royston Rayzor Vickery & Williams a Houston law firm with offices in Corpus Christi. Gibson was working out of the Corpus Christi office. He is a graduate of the University of Texas and SMU Law School.

Martin Kroesche, the Company’s Chief Financial Officer said, “We are overwhelmed to have attracted such talent to our team and look forward to his guidance in our legal needs. David is an outstanding young man and we could not be happier with this engagement.” Kroesche also stated, “We decided that the best fit for David was to work out of his own back yard which led us to establish a Rockport, Texas business office.” Cinch Energy specializes in pipeline construction, gathering facilities, treatment facilities, integrity work and a range of pipeline related field services.

Cinch Energy is based in Ganado, Texas with its principal offices and facilities in Jackson County and operations in Karnes County, Texas. The Company conducts operations throughout the State of Texas with a focus in the Eagle Ford.
