TAPTOOL Can Help Improve Your Touchscreen Experience. Get More Productive with the Smartest Accessory You've Never Thought of.

Ambler, PA, January 24, 2014 --(PR.com)-- The TAPTOOL project has launched on Kickstarter .

The TAPTOOL is a minimalist wearable accessory to improve accuracy, productivity and provide support for the heavy touchscreen user. Fingers come in all shapes, sizes and sometimes with with medical conditions. TAPTOOL seeks to improve the user interface for the finger. TAPTOOL is especially helpful for big fingers and those users’ with long nails.

TAPTOOL’s tine design activates the touchscreen in a 3-4mm area, comparable or better than a rubber tip stylus.

Designed by an orthopedic therapist, Matt Weiner, MPT, that was inspired by his own repetitive stress injury, the TAPTOOL is ergonomically designed to support the anatomy of the finger.

Just because a 3-D printed model worked as a prototype didn't mean an injection mold could be made. So TAPTOOL took the extra step of investing in a single cavity of a four cavity mold to prove their complex design. They are now raising funds on KICKSTARTER to build 3 more sizes of the TAPTOOL to fit the range of the adult finger.

TAPTOOL is designed, tooled and will be manufactured in the USA.
