)-- Countering to the ever growing problem of boundary spills in product designer tools, Riaxe announced the unique masking features of its much awaited HTML5 T-Shirt Designer Tool.
The project lead, Mr. B. Mohanty says, “When we were researching, we found out that a lot of T-Shirt printing vendors complained about receiving orders with graphics that had extended beyond printable area, or like on the pocket.”
He goes on to explain how this trivial issue is very important and can in fact make you lose a customer – “While this trivial issue is usually dealt with a reply back to the customer explaining the issue, statistically it has been observed that a set-back in e-commerce deals is not viewed well pertaining to the geographical limitations. There are high chances that the explanations, follow ups can make a customer move to another vendor or all together change his/her mind if need be.” He adds, “People use e-commerce for convenience, so it has to be error free. What we did is add boundaries for the images to be scaled inside. Graphics can be restricted in unprintable areas like pockets or collars. This feature can be toggled off too by the vendor if necessary.”
As ever a lot has been thought about in dealing with every small detail. The company has also packed in Masking features where images can be scaled inside predefined shapes like hearts, circles, etc. “Using Image masking in our HTML5 T-Shirt Designer Tool, one can create wonderful effects on T-Shirts,” says Mohanty. “Graphics has always been a priority for the company and we wanted to make sure people who live on graphics enjoy their work.” The HTML5 T-Shirt Designer Application is now available on Pre-Order at special prices as part of an introductory offer by Riaxe. It has numerous other unique features, some of which can be tried out at the live demo page.
