Sport Resource Group ProWall® Box Lacrosse Systems Deemed a Huge Success

ProWall Box Lacrosse System was a huge success in 2013 and continues to grow in 2014.

Minneapolis, MN, February 15, 2014 --(PR.com)-- Sport Resource Group is pleased to announce their ProWall® Box Lacrosse Systems were a huge success in 2013 and continue to change the game of box lacrosse in 2014. The inaugural Box-Out Lacrosse (www.box-out.com) tournament in July 2013 was wildly popular as were other schools and private businesses which instituted box lacrosse programs So far systems have been installed at price sports complexes and tournament locations in Idaho, New York, Florida and other locations.

Sport Resource Group's ProWall® Rink System has always been a great fit for organizations looking to duplicate an indoor game in an outdoor setting. Soccer and hockey have been the most popular sports for this in the past, but in the few years, lacrosse has seen its indoor game taken outdoors. Typically called "box" lacrosse when the sport is played outdoors with walls, Yale University Mens Lacrosse Coach Andy Shay had the idea to place numerous ProWall® Rink Systems side-by-side in order to have several teams and games playing at the same site all at once. That's when Box-Out was born. For more details on future tournament dates, locations and more log on to http://www.box-out.com/. Details are also available by contacting Andy directly at info@box-out.com or by calling (203) 314-8436.

Box-Out Lacrosse featured five portable ProWall® systems set up at Yale University’s Reese Stadium, so real lacrosse could be played outdoors in a natural fresh air setting. As the gates to the stadium opened, hundreds of lacrosse players from all over New England filed onto the field. The 30 minute games of 5 v 5 revealed a fast-paced competition for lacrosse players of all ages. As participants came off the fields, many stated it was like nothing they have ever experienced before and they couldn’t wait for the next game to start!
