The 3 easy steps are for breakfast, lunch and dinner to restore proper insulin levels and restrict diet for rapid and safe weight loss.

From 1999 to 2007 Dr. Green herself suffered from a variety of chronic disorders which included crippling migraine headaches, insomnia, elevated high blood pressure, anxiety, signs of Type 2 Diabetes and elevated cholesterol. She was 50 pounds overweight and taking multiple medications daily. She knew she had to make a big change and fast. She began investigating weight loss programs and the science behind them, only to find that they were extremely costly and were often geared toward prepackaged products that did not fit into her family’s lifestyle. More importantly, most of the programs focused on eating just to lose weight. None of the programs focused on making lifestyle changes necessary to avoid repeating post dietary mishaps.

With Dr. Green’s successful nutritional weight loss program that she developed she lost 50 pounds. She is off all medications prescribed for chronic disorders. In her practice she is committed to helping others achieve optimal health and well being.
