Storage Opportunity Partners Acquires Two Additional Self Storage Facilities in the Boston Area

PR.com)-- Storage Opportunity Partners LLC (“StorageOp”) of Farmington Hills, Michigan and Newton Highlands, Massachusetts is pleased to announce the acquisition of two Storage King Self Storage properties in the suburban Boston communities of Holbrook and East Bridgewater, Massachusetts. The acquisitions, completed on August 28, bring StorageOp’s holdings to six properties totaling more than 3,100 units and 313,000 rentable square feet in its initial target markets of New England and southeastern Michigan.
Storage King in Holbrook has 56,300 rentable square feet in all single-story drive-up buildings. The East Bridgewater property has 36,185 rentable square feet, also in all single story buildings. Both properties front on numbered state highways, and both feature both climate and non-climate controlled units.
StorageOp’s principals, David M. Levenfeld and Ian Burnstein, indicated that the properties will undergo significant capital improvements, including renovated leasing offices and new state-of-the-art security systems. The properties will be rebranded Storage Pros Self Storage, and operated by Levenfeld & Burnstein’s wholly-owned management subsidiary, Storage Pros Management LLC.
