Kickstart Kids Hosts Greater Houston Area City Championship

Houston, TX, March 27, 2014 --(PR.com)-- On Saturday, March 29th, Kickstart Kids will host the Greater Houston Area City Championship. The event will feature individual and team martial arts competition by local area middle school and high school students.

The Kickstart Kids City Championship is the third area tournament for the 2013-2014 KSK school year. In order to advance to this level, students must have medaled in a previous City Qualifier. Earning a medal in the event qualifies the student to compete at the State Championship, which is Kickstart Kids’ highest level of competition for the inter-school tournament circuit. The State Championship will be held in April at Rudder High School in Bryan, Texas.

The 2014 Houston City Championship will be hosted at Stafford Middle School, located at 1625 Staffordshire Rd. in Stafford, on March 29, 2014 at 9:00 am.
