HGAR, WCR and Bloomingdale's Hold May 8 Fashion Show to Benefit the Homeless

The Hudson Gateway Association of Realtors, Women's Council of Realtors, and Bloomingdale's present a Spring Fashion Show on May 8 at Glen Island Casino in New Rochelle. The event will benefit the Westchester Coalition for the Hungry and Homeless

White Plains, NY, March 28, 2014 --(PR.com)-- On Thursday, May 8th, starting at 5:30 p.m., The Women’s Council of REALTORS®, Empire Westchester Chapter, Hudson Gateway Association of REALTORS®, with Bloomingdale’s will present their Annual Spring Fashion Event, “Brown Bag” for Hunger, at the Glen Island Harbour Club in New Rochelle.

Once again, The Westchester Coalition for the Hungry and Homeless has been chosen as the recipient of the contributions. Bloomingdale’s along with Jos. A. Banks will provide the fashions.

“It is critical for us, in the real estate community, to help those less fortunate,” said Bonnie Koff, Event Chairperson. Jeanne Blum, Executive Director of the Westchester Coalition for the Hungry and Homeless stated, “The Coalition praises the efforts of the Westchester Empire Women’s Council of REALTORS® for its ongoing fundraising efforts to help address these severe issues. Our work together—building bridges and alliances, creating solutions for the common good, building self sustainability, helping those in need –improves the quality of life for all and makes good sense.”

Paul Sarlo, of Coldwell Banker and The Corcoran Group, will be the evening’s Master of Ceremonies.

This year’s models will include: Denise Breda, Prudential Centennial, Larchmont; Toni Guido, Douglas Elliman Armonk; E. Patrice Hayes, Keller Williams Realty Group, Scarsdale; Barrie Scaglione, Coldwell Banker, Croton; Vera Scatigno, Coldwell Banker Somers; Nancy Scovatti, Fidelity National Title Insurance; Sally Wacks, Houlihan Lawrence, Irvington; Marc DiTomasso, Attorney; Michael Gibbons, Coldwell Banker, Dobbs Ferry; Jerome Jeffrey, Better Homes and Gardens Rand, White Plains; Bill Menin, Sotheby’s International, Tarrytown; Mike Neeley, Houlihan Lawrence, Armonk; Eric Stuerken, Better Qualified; and David Valcich, Continental Home Loans.
