JDavis Project Wins a 2014 IIDA Design Works Award

Raleigh, NC, April 04, 2014 --(PR.com)-- JDavis Architects received a 2014 IIDA Carolinas Design Works – Multifamily Residential Category Award for Marquee Station in Fuquay-Varina, NC. Katie Henderson attended the IIDA Awards Ceremony in Greenville, SC on March 28, 2014 and received the award on behalf of the interior design team that included Julie Poovey, TCREW member, and Marlene Heymer. JDavis also provided design services that included architecture, landscape architecture and procurement management.

Marquee Station is a 267 unit garden style apartment development with a mix of one, two and three bedroom units. The project includes a clubhouse amenity with pool, pool cabana, detached garage buildings, car wash, maintenance building and trash compactor. The developer is Blue Heron Real Estate Opportunity Fund I, LLC of Chapel Hill, NC. The general contractor for the project was Clancy & Theys Construction Company of Raleigh, NC.
