The launch of the new website, which offers quick and easy access to essential information on Camp Hale Alumni Association (CHAA) and is part of the organization’s ongoing efforts to get youth to benefit from challenging opportunities for physical, mental, and social growth and development, particularly those girls and boys from urban environments.
The website boasts a clean uncluttered design, enhanced functionality and improved rich content aimed at the non-profit’s objective to provide opportunity for residential camping to inner-city Boston youths.
The goal of Camp Hale is for each camper to leave camp with an enhanced sense of well-being, improved social skills, and awareness of personal potential. The Camp Hale program continues after the summer back in Boston via the youth program. The goal is to continue to expand sustainable programs to reach more target population youth. The more girls and boys that can experience Camp Hale programs, the more lives we will impact and change for the better.

Camp Hale Alumni Association (CHAA) supports Camp Hale and its summer and winter programs for boys and girls from the South End of Boston, West Roxbury and Dorchester through fundraising, volunteering, mentoring, professional support. CHAA's vision of greatness is to provide sufficient resources to meet the entire operating budget of Camp Hale programs thus relieving the financial responsibility from USES, the agency that operates Camp Hale. CHAA is 100% volunteer; no member is paid. 100% of the funds raised are dedicated solely for the betterment of Camp Hale.
