Innovations Summit Brings Together CHAMPS Power Users

Event highlights next generation CMMS/EAM solution suite

Crystal River, FL, April 30, 2014 --(PR.com)-- CHAMPS Software, Inc., a leading provider of Computerized Maintenance Management (CMMS) and Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) solutions for over four decades, recently held their Innovations Summit in Orlando, Florida. The event brought together customers across various industries who gathered for interactive sessions, peer discussion groups, and to review product presentations. Highlighting the event was an introduction and demonstration of the newest generation of CHAMPS CMMS/EAM solutions which allowed the attendees hands-on review opportunities.

The interactive forum gave customer representatives one-on-one time with technical and support engineers from CHAMPS as well as executive management. Maintenance software functionality and technology updates were revealed through general session presentations and followed up with networking sessions scheduled throughout the event. A review of the current CHAMPS business and its future direction was provided for the attendees.

“Innovations is purposely structured as a forum to give our customers an up-close view of product development and opportunities for peer interactions,” says Bryan Gay, CEO. “The framework of Innovations encourages attendee involvement and to engage our customers in healthy discussions that always include valuable insights from their perspective. The voice of the customer is important to us as we develop and deliver leading-edge maintenance software solutions with long-term benefits that help clients maintain their market leadership positions.”

Innovations attendee, Denny Pearson, Manager of Maintenance Administration for Hershey Entertainment, stated, “This event was the best CHAMPS conference I have attended. It was great being able to see the entire CHAMPS team and meet the new team members that are developing the newest maintenance solution. We were very encouraged with our discussions with the CHAMPS staff and what will be developed to meet our operational needs. Being able to network with other attendees is always an added benefit in attending the conference. Seeing the tablets with pre-loaded data and documentation was a big hit and reflected well on the commitment CHAMPS demonstrates to the user community. This is an exciting time for the CHAMPS solution suite and we look forward to playing an active role in utilizing these new tools.”

Judy Mittan, Facilities Maintenance Planner and Supervisor for Quaker Oats, adds, “It is a great forum where we can meet other users within the CHAMPS community and make connections with them to share successes and ideas. The opportunity to see first-hand what is being planned for the next generation of the CHAMPS solution is invaluable. An event like this is extremely beneficial because we have access to the CHAMPS development team, support personnel and executive management in one venue.”
