Two Indonesian Companies in Creative and Technology Industry Achieved International Awards

Developing Business Through Innovation in Branding and Augmented Reality, DM-IDHolland Wins REBRAND 100 and AR&Co. Wins The Innovation 40 (i40) from The New Economy.

Jakarta, Indonesia, May 07, 2014 --(PR.com)-- Two Indonesian companies in branding and technology have achieved international awards for their works in the industry. DM-IDHolland, an Indonesia brand consultancy with world-class reputation, wins REBRAND 100 for the third time, this year for the Myanmar Tourism Federation project. While in technology, AR&Co., Southeast Asia’s foremost augmented reality and innovative technology company which is headquartered in Indonesia, has been chosen as one of the most innovative companies in The Innovation 40 (i40) in 2013 from The New Economy.

REBRAND 100 Global Awards is the highest recognition in brand repositioning which is based in the United States, and in 2014 DM-IDHolland has been awarded in the Distinction category for their work in Myanmar Tourism Federation project rebrand. The Myanmar Tourism Federation project presents a challenge for DM-IDHolland in formulating a branding strategy to introduce the positioning and identity of Myanmar in order to promote Myanmar as an international tourism destination. The REBRAND 100, which was also won by DM-IDHolland in 2012 and 2013, has placed the quality of DM-IDHolland’s branding works equal to the branding works for companies such as American Airlines, Hyatt Hotel, and HSBC.

AR&Co.’s i40 award is presented by The New Economy, a quarterly magazine from the United Kingdom for financial executives, which routinely published the list of the most innovative individuals and companies. AR&Co is chosen for their innovation in augmented reality (AR)–an interactive technology which combines real-world object with a digital visual or information to augment it–and a vision to transform life through the use of AR technology. Some of the innovation developed by AR&Co are an AR application with 4-D effects, and applications with facial recognition features. Since 2009, AR&Co has created more than 300 AR projects for more than 250 brand such as Disney, Caltex, Cartoon Network, and Garuda Indonesia.
