)-- On May 2nd, 2014, Rapid CX announced its proprietary trading platform and with it came the RCX Trust Rating™, RCX Invest Signal™ and customized, interactive charts. The RCX Scores provide investors with relevant information about the strengths and weaknesses of each coin on the platform, as well as community valuations. Each customized chart can be edited, tagged, reviewed, and saved by users and then shared publicly for feedback; upon sharing the charts remain live and interactive.
“With volatile markets and new coins hitting the industry daily our scores and charts keep investors up to date on the reputation, market capitalization, and volume for each coin traded on our platform at a glance,” explains Steve Rawlinson, Chief Trading Engineer. “We have implemented these tools to help investors make informed decisions and to promote stronger coins and standards that will support the use of altcoins around the world now and in the future.”
The RCX Trust Rating™ is a complex algorithm that uses data collected from the individual coin’s community and developers, as well as its market activity. The score provides insight into the overall reputation of the coin every 24 hours.
The RCX Invest Signal™ is a combination of traditional technical analysis algorithms that include the strength and direction of the market, as well as specific indicators such as RSI, MFI, and Stochastic Oscillators. Each coin’s signal is computed according to the individual performance of the coin every hour.
Additionally, the cryptocurrency exchange platform offers customized public charts that enable traders to investigate and analyze altcoins prior to buying or selling. Traders and investors can then save their charts and monitor them because each saved chart remains interactive and live; ensuring accurate investment indicators. The option to provide short descriptions on their charts also encourages community insights and analysis.
Investors are not required to trade on the Rapid CX platform to view the RCX Scores or public charts. However, to build a customized chart traders must have a verified account registered on the platform.
