Canada, Slovakia, Spain and U.S. in Super-Hair World Cup Semifinals
Wichita, KS, June 21, 2014 --(PR.com
)-- Despite the events of recent days in Brazil, Spain still can win a World Cup. So can Slovakia. And Canada. And the United States.
Women from those four nations advanced to the semifinals of Super-Hair World Cup IV, an online tournament where top national heads of hair came together to battle for supremacy. All winners are determined through online voting at the celebrity hair website Super-Hair.Net.
Six weeks of group play led to four winners, who are now in the knockout stage. Young pageant queen Jeanette Borhyova represents Slovakia (Slovak Republic), and is facing Spanish actress Penelope Cruz. The other semifinal pits Canadian actress Emmanuelle Chriqui against U.S. entry Victoria Warren, a TV news reporter in Boston.
The winners of the semifinals compete in the Championship Final, beginning Monday. There also will be a Consolation Final for third place. Visitors can click on the "World Cup IV" link from the Super-Hair.Net home page to vote.
