Cited Offers Smartphone Users a New Way to Contest Parking and Citations

Los Angeles, CA, June 25, 2014 --(PR.com)-- Cited is a new way for smartphone owners to contest parking and violations. Through the Cited app, users simply take a photo of their citation and it will be contested by a team of seasoned attorneys for a mere 20% of the citation cost.

"The time is right to provide a mobile solution that gives the individual legal power over law enforcement when it comes to bogus citations,” said Michael Cherin, Cited’s Founder. “I think this can be a game changer for both the mobile industry and drivers alike.”

Smartphone users account for 61% of the worlds' population and offering a solution to parking citations takes the limitations of their devices to new boundaries. Cited provides smartphone users the ability to contest their parking citations in three taps. Contracting attorneys in each city of its release, Cited offers users the best legal defense for citations submitted through the app. Cited offers their service risk-free, stating that "if your violation is not successfully dismissed, Cited will waive the 20% fee."

Cited has opened its Beta involvement program to the public and is currently accepting registration for access to the app; users will be invited to join on a first come, first serve basis. Cited is also expanding its reach, starting with an initial release in Los Angeles and is currently contracting Attorneys in Chicago, New York, Miami, and Southern California. Cited will be released for free in the Apple App Store and Google Play Store in the coming weeks, with plans to support BlackBerry and Windows Phone devices in the future.

Cited is a way to revolutionize drivers contesting parking and traffic violations. By providing users a mobile solution and a no-risk guarantee, there is no reason to pay another citation again.
