In this position, Ellison will use her 20 years of experience in employee benefits to execute benefit strategies for clients across North Carolina.
Prior to joining HCW, Ellison served as account manager for self-funded hospital clients at Progressive Benefit Solutions, a benefits consulting agency based in the Research Triangle. Before relocating to North Carolina Ellison worked as a technical consultant at Marsh USA in San Diego, California. She received her Bachelor of Science in business with a concentration in management from Mansfield University in Mansfield, Pennsylvania, and holds a North Carolina Life & Health license. Kirstin resides in Apex with her husband and two sons.
