)-- James V. Dionise, President and Chief Executive Officer of Mars National Bank, has been elected to the Pennsylvania Bankers Association (PBA) Board of Directors. Mr. Dionise will serve as chair of the Member Services Policy Committee on the Board. The Board of Directors, which includes PBA’s officers, will meet at least quarterly to determine the policies and administration of the Association. Members of the Board are senior level officers of PBA member banks. Mr. Dionise will serve a three-year term beginning July 1, 2014.
Mr. Dionise is an experienced banker, spending parts of his 25-year banking career with community, regional and national banks. He is in his seventh year as President and CEO of Mars National Bank, where his responsibilities include maintaining the Bank’s strong tradition of community-focused investment and relationship banking.
